Add pieces to your bag and check out. Your order opens in WhatsApp so our team can confirm availability, delivery cost and payment before anything is charged. You can also order directly from our WhatsApp catalogue.
How long does custom tailoring take?+
Custom and bespoke pieces typically take 7–10 working days, depending on the complexity of the design. For weddings and events, book as early as possible.
Do you make custom designs for special occasions?+
Absolutely. We specialise in custom designs for weddings, engagements and celebrations. Book a consultation on our Bespoke page.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo), bank transfer, and cash on delivery within Accra. Cash and other methods are accepted in store.
What are the delivery options?+
Same-day store pickup in Dzorwulu, express delivery across Accra (1–2 working days) and standard delivery (4–7 working days). Fees depend on your location.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination; we'll quote you on WhatsApp before you pay.
How do I find my size?+
Each product page has a size guide with waist and hip measurements (sizes 6–16). If you're between sizes, choose the larger size or book a fitting and we'll tailor it to you.
Can I return or exchange an item?+
Please contact us on WhatsApp within a few days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange or alteration. Custom and bespoke pieces are made to your measurements and are not returnable.
